The Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital is an intense five-day-a-week treatment option for adolescents ages 13-17. The Adolescent PHP program is designed for teens who may be experiencing emotional or behavioral conditions which prevent them from functioning in their day to day life, especially in school. Using evidence-based treatment models, participants receive similar therapy and education as a traditional inpatient program.
PHP can be utilized to help patients transition from inpatient care or for those who may need more involved therapy than an intensive outpatient program. Participants will experience group therapy which addresses depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, trauma, PTSD, and other mood disorders. The goal of therapy is to help patients return to an ideal and more functional level of productivity.
The treatment team includes licensed mental health counselors, mental health technicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and a psychiatrist who are united in providing personalized and effective care.
The Partial Hospitalization Program at Silver Oaks is held at the following time:
The adolescent PHP program will resume after the Labor Day Holiday on 9/11/23
